Event : Friends of the Earth Africa Regional Meeting, 19-29 June

Trust you are well.
Kindly assist us in providing a detailed quote as explained below. Our conference has two parts, the first with a large group of people (40) and the second with a much smaller group (14). See below for what we need you to quote on.
Accommodation, catering, conference and airport transfers
Dates: 19 – 29 June inclusive
PAX: 14 from 19 – 29 June inclusive
PAX: 26 from 19 – 23 June inclusive
Accommodation:
- Sharing rooms of 2 people per room in individual beds (two twin or two double beds per room)
- Breakfast and dinner included
Conference needs
Conference: 20-23 June
- Plenary room to seat 40 people,
- 4 breakout rooms;
- audio equipment (mics etc), digital projector etc
- conference materials (flipcharts, flipchart stands, koki pens, notebooks, pens, press stick (or a way to put up sheets for viewing on the walls)
Conference catering:
- 2 teas with snacks (morning and afternoon),
- lunch,
- water (preferably jugs of water and glasses – we do not support the use of plastic bottles) during the day;
Conference 24-29 June
- One large room for 14 people
- audio equipment (mics etc), digital projector etc
- conference materials (flipcharts, flipchart stands, koki pens, notebooks, pens, press stick (or a way to put up sheets for viewing on the walls)
Conference catering:
- 2 teas with snacks (morning and afternoon),
- lunch,
- water (preferably jugs of water and glasses – we do not support the use of plastic bottles) during the day;
Transport
Airport transfers on 19 June, 23 June and 29 June (to be confirmed against airline bookings)
